TROPICAL BLAST: Great post workout shake!

After exercise, you need whey proteins to build muscle, but you also need carbs for energy…..Here is a great way to get them both in one delicious shake!

TROPICAL BLAST
Ready in 5 mins. Makes 2 servings

INGREDIENTS:
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup pineapple, cubed
1 cup low-fat milk (or low-fat soy milk)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
